Your first meeting with our team, In this class, we assess your current level and introduce you to our team, teaching style and swimming structure.
Here we work on the basics: floating, breathing, and kicking. It’s all about feeling comfortable and in control while in the water
You’ll begin practicing breaststroke kick on your back and belly. and start combining arm and leg movements with breathing.
This is your transition class. You’ll learn to trust your body, stay calm in deep water, and practice treading as your foundation by using your shallow water skills.
We’ll work on building proper coordination for breaststroke, backstroke and freestyle. You’ll learn how to swim short distances with control, rhythm, and steady breathing.
Here you’ll refine all your techniques, learn diving, rescue and underwater skills, preparing you for any scenarios. At this point you can take part in the A and Hero Diploma Certification exams.
For those who want more, this class refines all four strokes, including the butterfly, improves endurance, and develops technique for long-term swimmers, triathletes, open-water goals, or mastering this sport.
